    This place would be so much better with more staff.It is primarily a petrol station so why as with many other establishments do you have so little staff to do too much work.I feel there is too much emphasis on selling coffee and other stuff rather than serving customers who just want fuel and be on there way.I know it's an m+s as well but stop selling coffee and concentrate on your customers.

    My daughter went to fill her car last night with petrol. She pulled the pump round and realised it wouldn't reach so put it back and went to another pump.When she went to pay she was told by the cashier that she should not pull the pump she had been watched on the camera and the cashier had been advised not to authorise the payment but she would do it.I have been in the store and the same women has been rude to me .Don't make threats to your customers.My daughter came out really upset.This women behind the till needs customer service training.

    So i went in and all i wanted was a sausage bap. So i went to the counter for food. I stood there for about min patiently waiting for the lady to ask what i wanted, i could see she was busy. Then when she asked i said can i have a sausage bap please, and she said you need to go to the main counter and pay. I said i was standing here for min waiting, and i pointed out that there is a till at the food counter, she said this till is not being used. At the end of the day you need to make it more obvious that you have to go to the main counter first.

    I wanted to say how pleased I am with the flavour and quality of the sandwiches here.So M&S, well done - I don't find any other sandwiches as good, unless they're handmade of course.I've given a three star review as the organisation within the establishment does leave something to be desired. Fuel customers cannot pay and leave; they are forced to wait whilst others order their weekly food shop / order a coffee. And sometimes there's a conga line for the tills.Fair play to the staff who appear confident, capable and are welcoming and humorous.
